Minor repairs

For example, small-scale treatments or repairs may be required to provide the road surface with a facelift. Latexfalt has various products that can be used on small-scale projects for various purposes.
Modimuls® 2000
Latexfalt Modimuls 2000 is a polymer modified bituminous emulsion with enhanced wetting and adhesive properties. The emulsion has been specially developed for surface treatments in places where a sprayer is difficult or impossible to use. Modimuls 2000 is also suitable for Road Surface Repair Units.
Modimuls 2000 is suitable for use in smaller spray units or with a hand spray lance.

Latexfalt® Safegrip SE
Latexfalt Safegrip SE is a polymer modified bitumen emulsion. This standard bitumen emulsion which has been specially developed for membranes and surface treatments. Latexfalt Safegrip SE has a water-repellent and stress-absorbing effect, to protect the concrete.
The Safegrip SE serves as a surface treatment, for optimum protection a two-layer system should be applied.
