To keep parking roofs and driveways made of concrete or mastic asphalt in good condition, maintenance of these surfaces is necessary. 
Latexfalt Parkdeck SE is a suitable renovation system and provides these surfaces with a new top layer.
Various applications have been developed to keep asphalt-like industrial floors in good condition.
Depending on the desired maintenance, there are various products that give the company floors a new top layer or with which local repairs can be carried out.

Latexfalt® Parkdeck SE

Latexfalt Parkdeck SE is a highly modified cationic bitumen emulsion, and ideally suited for finishing parking roofs and driveways. The optimum result of the surface is obtained with a two-layer treatment with the Latexfalt Parkdeck SE, sprinkled with crushed stone 4-8 and/or 2-5 mm, for example basalt. Latexfalt Parkdeck SE is particularly suitable for the renovation of old mastic asphalt constructions. In combination with the wear-resistant stone chips, the Latexfalt Parkdeck SE offers optimal protection of the substrate

• Two-layer bituminous system sprinkled with crushed stone
• Protection of the substrate against the action of water and de-icing salts
• Available in various colors if desired (Parkdeck color emulsion), standard color binder is black

Latexfalt® Flooring emulsion SE

The Latexfalt flooring emulsion SE can be used in cement-bitumen-bonded screeds with a layer thickness of 15 – 30 mm. The result is a seamless industrial floor that is ideally suited for renovating worn concrete floors, stelcon plates and clinker paving. Areas of application are warehouses, storage sheds, parking garages and exhibition halls.

• Standard floor emulsion, compressive strength end result 5 N/mm2
• Suitable for new construction and renovation
• Color black/grey in the beginning will go into use after the well-known asphalt color
• Only applicable indoors

Latexfalt® Flooring emulsion HD

Latexfalt floor emulsion HD can be used in cement-bitumen-bonded screeds with a layer thickness of 15 – 30 mm and has a higher compressive strength than the SE emulsion. The result is a seamless industrial floor that is ideally suited for renovating worn concrete floors, stelcon plates and clinker paving. Areas of application are warehouses, storage sheds, parking garages and exhibition halls.

• Suitable for new construction and renovation
• Color black/grey
• Only applicable indoors

Latexfalt® Skimcoat emulsion and Skimcoat finish

The Latexfalt Skimcoat consists of polymer-modified bitumen emulsion which must be mixed with a special mixture of fillers. The layer thickness of the finish is approximately 1 to 2 mm.
This makes the finish suitable for renovating surface damage, especially in bituminous floors such as Latexfalt floors and road construction asphalt.

• Two-layer bituminous system layer thickness 1-2 mm.
• Ideally suited for renovating asphalt-like surfaces
• Can only be used indoors.

Latexfalt® Coldfix Coarse and Coldfix Fine

The Latexfalt Coldfix is a repair mortar based on Latexfalt floors emulsion SE. The mortar is suitable for filling damage, holes and repairing height differences in industrial floors. In addition, the Coldfix is particularly suitable for filling in height differences at foundation beams and subsidence of existing asphalt and concrete floors. Finishing can be terminated at zero if desired.

The Latexfalt Coldfix exists in two versions;

• The Coldfix Coarse: suitable for fillings deeper than 8 mm.
• The Coldfix Fine: suitable for fillings from 0 to 8 mm.
