LATEXFALT came into being when Vauatol, Cindu [road construction], NWM and LATEXFALT decided to join forces. Each of these companies had already acquired 50 years of experience with bitumen and polymer emulsions for construction and road applications, as well as attaining leading positions at home and abroad. The decision to merge reinforced the company’s breadth and depth alike, which in turn creates added value to the customer. Product development, production and technical advice have undergone noticeable expansion, and synergy now exists in diverse areas. LATEXFALT currently employs about 80 people.
