LATEXFALT supplies surfacing systems for garage floors and parkings.

Generally with garages a choice is made between Latexfaltvloer or Lastofaltvloer surfaces, depending on the substrate and/or requirements. If desired either can be finished with a Latexfalt Colortop.

On parking decks and ramps Latexfalt Parkdeck is used. Latexfalt Parkdeck is a modified polymer emulsion mixed with crushed stone-chippings. The finish is built up out of two layers with a total thickness of 5-8 mm. The colour of the finish depends on what it is mixed with. This can be, among other things: basalt, porphyry, Runkeler red sand, Dutch stone-chippings, etc.  

Latexfalt Parkdeck gives a wear and slip resistant surface finish that protects the underlying concrete from water penetration, dirt and road salt. Using a combination of edging techniques and coatings it is possible to create a waterproof system. As well as in new construction projects, Latexfalt Parkdeck is an excellent system for the renovation of mastic asphalt decks. Where levelling is necessary the Latexfalt Parkdeck finish can be used in combination with Latexfaltvloer.
