Latexfalt Parkdeck is a multi-layer binder/ aggregate system designed to provide a solution in a wide variety of situations. The high bonding strength of the polymer modified bitumen emulsion means it may be applied to concrete, asphalt or wooden surfaces. The surface finish is  aggregate - the precise nature of which may be chosen to suit the skid- and wear resistance or  colour finish required.  Latexfalt Parkdeck protects the under laying concrete structure against penetration and erosion by water and road salt. It can also be used as an anti-skid finish in combination with durable, high p.s.v. chippings, or as a coloured marking strip.
